AUGUST 2026

My first opportunity to hold a solo exhibition was at Casa del Faldón, a gallery run by the Secretariat of Culture of the State Government of Querétaro, Méx. I created 15 drawings of lesser-known African animals. For each one, I prepared an information sheet—written in the style of an ironic short story—that included the animal’s name, general characteristics (diet, dimensions, weight, etc.), its role on the planet, and its conservation status (level of extinction risk). This was designed to help families visiting the exhibition learn about these creatures. In addition to exhibiting and selling my art, I also conducted several workshops for children and adolescents throughout the month, aimed at raising awareness about the importance of non-human animals on this planet.
