Museum Exhibition Design Survival Manual A workshop I attended, featuring four of Mexico’s top exhibition designers—Gustavo A. García, Sergio de la Garza, Norberto Miranda, and Germán Paley—as instructors, alongside a group of curators, artists, and gallery directors. It was incredibly engaging; I learned the distinction between a museologist and an exhibition designer, and we explored topics such as the importance of connecting museums with the community, the dynamics of exhibitions, and breaking traditional molds through traveling museums—all with the goal of providing people with an inclusive experience and meaningful learning.
